Manasa has crossed several milestones in achieving its aims and objectives and some such includes:

1991	Registered the Organization with the name MANASA.
1991	Registered with Income Tax Dept u/s 12A & 80G as charitable, not     for profit organization.
1995	Received Grant in Aid from MSJ & E, Govt. of India.
1998	Purchased 16 Seater Van by taking loan of Rs.3 Lakh for nominal interest from SBI for transportation of students.
2001	Registered with Ministry of Home Affairs, GOI, under FCRA.
2004	SBI donated 21Seater Swaraj Mazda
2005	Registered with Govt. of A. P. under PWD Act 1995 u/s 52.
2005	Registered with National Trust, GOI, under NT Act 1999
2006	Hyderabad 10K Run Foundation donated 8 Seater Maruti  Van.
2007	Received Rs.3 lakhs from  GAIL (INDIA) Ltd  under  CSR  for recurring expenditure  of the School
2008	Purchased a piece of LAND (968 sq.yards) from Govt. of A.P., at nominal cost.
2010	Sanction of Rs. 25 Lakhs from MPLAD funds by Dr. T. Subbarami Reddy, M. P.,  for Construction of Building
2010	The Govt. of A. P. waived the municipal fee for plan approval consisting stilt + 4 upper floors each measuring  3230 sq.ft.
2011	Approval of building plan by GHMC.
2011	Received Accreditation under Desirable Norms from Credibility Alliance, Bombay.
2011	GAIL (INDIA) Ltd., Sanctioned Rs. 44.4 Lakh for the construction of 2nd, 3rd floors   & LIFT of MANASA School Building.
2012	Sanction of  80G  for  LIFE TIME.
2013	Stilt, Compound Wall with Gates, Outer Walls of 1st floor, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Floors of MANASA SCHOOL BUILDING at Kothapet were completed successfully.
2011-12,12-13,   2013-14	Received funds from ASHA for education, USA.
