To provide necessary 

training, 

rehabilitation

protection to the 

Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PIDs)

 in order to lead an independent life 

to the maximum  extent possible 

within the community

by establishing 

special schools 

& 

residential care centers 

and 

promoting inclusiveness at all levels.
